Preschool Classes are for children ages 3 - 5 years old and are designed to be fun while teaching good basic gymnastics.
We use down sized equipment in skill circuits. Groups are very small and coaches are especially trained to work with preschool aged children. Our lead teachers are Kinder Accredited by USA Gymnastics. Children participate once a week for 45 minutes per class. Classes are offered on Tuesday at 6:00 PM, Wednesday at 6:00 PM and Saturday at 10:00 AM. Please call ahead to schedule your first free class. These classes are instructed by Gabriela Geiculescu, Sergiu Parcescu, Zakia Alcantara and Alina Malinauskaite. The price is $45/month for one class/week.
Recreational Gymnastics for boys and girls ages 6 to 16 years old. We believe that a recreational gymnast should learn strong basic gymnastics skills on all four apparatus: vault, bars, beam and floor. Gaby's believes that Recreational gymnastics provides a basis for the development of critical abilities needed for almost all sports. Strength, agilitiy and balance are three important key skills that are especially improved through gymnastics training.
Gaby's recreational gymnasts train on two of the four apparatus each week, alternating weekly. Gymnasts are grouped within the class by skill level and age. Classes will improve skills and offer fun, challenging activities for your child. What a great way to get fit and learn more about a great sport. Classes are offered on Tuesday at 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 6:45 PM, Wednesday at 5:00 PM and 6:45 PM, Thursday at 7:00 PM and Saturday at 10:45 AM. Tumbling Classes for boys and girls ages 6 and up, who do not wish to work on events other than floor tumbling. Many students in these classes are recreational gymnasts who want more time on floor or students interested in cheerleading or dance. Classes are offered on Tuesday at 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 7:45 PM and Thursday at 8:00 PM. Instructors are Gabriela Geiculescu, Sergiu Parcescu, Zakia Alcantara and Alina Malinauskaite. Gaby's offers Private Lessons or Semi-private Lessons for anyone enrolled in any of our programs. The goal of these sessions is determined by the student; getting a particular skill, preparing for a cheerleading tryout or working on team skills. These are scheduled with the individual coach and the cost is determined by the size of the group and the amount of time allotted. Please see Gaby to schedule private lessons.
